Refunds & Returns
As per the Distance Selling Regulations 2013 act, we offer our customers the option to return their order should it arrive damaged. You have 7 days from the day the order is delivered to let us know you wish to return the order. You can do so by contacting us.
The items must be in their original unopened packaging and the return postage is at the customers expense. Returns must be sent via a tracked postal service and refunds will be processed upon delivery of the items to us. *
*please note only damaged items will be refunded, orders where you have changed your mind and no longer want cannot be returned unless the products are either faulty or damaged
PLEASE NOTE- ANY PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY WE WILL OFFER YOU AN EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE BUT THIS IS AT OUR DISCRETION. WE WILL NEED PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF ANY FAULTY PRODUCTS OR DAMAGED PARCELS
